We need to add to our team and we’re looking for an experienced project director who shares our passion and beliefs.
As Squaredot grows, we are recruiting for a Project Director to drive customer experience and operational excellence across all projects and accounts. Tasked with managing our clients and ensuring our customers have the best customer experience. This role will suit an experienced, ambitious and customer-focused and operations minded person.
The Project Director will be responsible for the management and delivery of client campaigns with B2B tech brands. We are looking for people with an operational mindset, drawn to the tech landscape, who have knowledge of the industry and a deep interest in how it operates. As a client-facing leader, the position requires the ability to lead with operational excellence when implementing and delivering complex B2B campaigns.
The successful candidate will oversee the overall management, and profitability of our account base. As such, they are tasked with understanding clients’ needs, and developing intricate client plans to achieve their marketing objectives.
Ultimately accountable for maximising client satisfaction and value, the Project Director will also be responsible for ensuring all agency teams work together to provide a consistent level of product and service delivery. The Project Director should possess a high level of financial acumen to manage business decisions associated with service delivery and client satisfaction.
You’ll have experience. Preferably in B2B marketing specifically. You’ll have built up an impressive portfolio of projects under your belt, where your ownership of each project shines through.
You have the energy to keep up and the ability to wear lots of different hats. You’ll be excited at the opportunity to join and influence a young and ambitious agency, with a growing list of B2B clients based in Ireland and around Europe.
Under your watch, clients work gets done on time, within the agreed scope and on budget. You’ll ensure the client and the team inhouse both know what’s going on and why. You are comfortable with daily client calls and project management. You enjoy building a rapport with clients and be accountable for their happiness.
You are able to brief other team members on what needs to be done and manage teams and timelines.
You’ll have experience in managing inbound marketing campaigns, tactics and activities. If you know your way around Hubspot, that’s a great start. And we use Wrike for project management. Don’t sweat it if you’ve never used it before. It’s easy to master and we’ll train you in.
You enjoy analysing stuff. Campaigns always need tweaking, so you’ll keep on top of the reports and have the gumption to roll your sleeves up and pitch in with ideas or solutions when you can.
Clients will love you because you ensure the work gets done and done well. And that just as well because we also expect you to upsell more of our services and help grow our agency.
